Si Sapsford

For her show at Domo Baal, Si made two pieces for Cab Gallery. One was a badge to be given away that said “on not being here and being moved” which referred to the title of the show; and secondly she made hundreds of cut-out photocopies of her figure drawings, which were laid out on the floor of the taxi. These were the final resting place for a series of figures that hung in the first-floor gallery and then down and around the stairs; and finally outside the gallery space and into Cab Gallery.
